About Nate the Editor

Hi! As the editor of this wonderful blog, I've been asked to introduce myself. My name is Nate Jones. I enjoy recording music and learn about cultures and languages. I've been editing this blog for our great friend Gemma for a couple of years and she has decided to let me introduce myself, finally.

I am very passionate about music and always have been. I started teaching myself to play bass guitar in high school after learning to play percussion instruments. After that, I started to teach myself guitar, ukulele, piano, and other various instruments. I have recently bought a flute and I am trying to make the time to teach myself how to play. I teach myself as many instruments as I can because it helps with my recording. I've known that I want to be an audio engineer ever since I learned how to work the sound system at age twelve. Now, I record whenever I have a chance and free time.

Right now I work as an assistant manager for a pet retail store. I love animals so very much and get to work with them every day. I have two of my own dogs right now and they are awesome! I also get to claim many of the dogs at work because of how much they love me. :)

I try not to make a big deal about myself; I'm usually content being unnoticed, but once in a while I like to have the attention. Gemma is a wonderful photographer and was able to take great photos of me, much so that even I think I look good.

I really enjoy dressing nice. I'm most comfortable wearing a suit and tie, though it isn't practical to do so everyday because of the job I work. However, I always like to make a good first impression; always looking nice is important. Confidence is also as important or perhaps it is more important. I think a well tailored suit makes me confident enough to take on the world!




So that's enough talk about me. I will just leave with this. I enjoy life as best as I can. How could you not when you have such great friends and family to support you? I am thankful for each and every one of them that God has given me.
