Peel Mask Pack

I found this mask pack in the drawer; it's suppose to make your skin smoother.
So I decided that it is time to do some beauty stuff.
I put the mask on my face. It feels like there is mud on my face and it also dries pretty fast.
Yeah. Okay, I'll tell you about my day as I'm waiting for this mask to dry, which will take 15-20 mins.

My day went on kinda emotional. I cried for no reason. I think I just missed home. But at lease I got over it.

This morning felt so fresh, the beginning of Autumn.
Alyssa gave me a shirt as I walked up to my locker. Thank you!
Then class starts. And it was normal, or at lease, I felt normal.
Lunch was Chinese food. It was so fake. Yet I had to eat it. The rice was mostly uncooked, I would say. And the egg roll just looked like it's been stuffed with - I don't want to say it.
Yeah, So that's pretty much my day.

Okay, I think the mask is dry now. Okay,  this hurt so much. I feel like my skin is going to fall off.

I have this on my video cam but it's 20 mins, so I'll put it on facebook sometime.

My skin actually feels smooth. Wow. It feels like Ernie's arm. For those who don't know who Ernie is, he is Jen's son. He is a baby; a very VERY cute baby.

Okay, I don't know what else to write about. So bye for now.

I need to clean my room!!

My room needs cleaning - badly.

Last week, I tried to clean my room; I was half way there but the clothes needs to be folded and I have no time so yeah. The clothes are now all on the floor.

Here are some pictures of what I "wish" my room looked like.

I remember when I first came to America (not first but you know what I'm mean, in 2009), I brought only 7 clothing. And now when I look around, I have so much that I need 4 place to put all my clothes. Isn't that amazing? God provides us so much, even though we don't realize it but still. Every part, every being of our life is in His hands.

Psalm 147:7-9 – "Sing to the Lord with thanksgiving; make music to our God on the harp. He covers the sky with clouds; he supplies the earth with rain and makes grass grow on the hills. He provides food for the cattle and for the young ravens when they call.

Black Hole Day

So the reason I called it black 'hole' day is because, oh my goodness, the first time I went black Friday shopping; there were people, in a line, running to get to the store. It's like the store was a hole and it suck people in and its just crowed. BUT, I'm not complaining though - black hole day got good deals :)

We (Grannie [Jen's mum], Jen, Justine and myself) woke up at 2:45AM and on the rode at 3:17AM. AM!!

First we went to target and I got a curling iron and a movie; the time's traveler's wife. The most shocking thing (well, shocking in my 2 years of black Friday shopping) is there was hardly people. Like it was very quiet and there's no more running people. I guess it's because most prefer midnight shopping. Ah, I missed it.

Next it was Albert's ville; there's small stores next to each other in a long line. We stopped at bath&body works. It was awesome. I love this store. Whenever I walk in there: it's full of perfume smells, soap smells, just amazing. I got 3 face scrubs and peel mask. It was also a very good deal. For one, it's $6 but for 3, its $10. Pretty nice huh?

The last place I went was Claire's. There's this sale; 10 items for $10. It's awesome but I had so little time. But I think I did good :)

All this took me 3 hours. Yep. I didn't time would pass so fast. I think one of female's best friends is shopping. Agree, girls?

We went home after that to take a break, I stayed while others went shopping. They came back at 12:53pm. WOW.

This is what I got today.

All this, I paid $34. I'm so proud.

These are the peel mask and face scrub I was talking about.

A phone charm. So cute.

Best part of this shopping. The earrings are so cute. The girl who was cashier said "man, I can't even wear all of this." I just smiled. :)

This ring has a mirror of it and I can also put a picture in it too. I like it because it looks antique.

See Taylor Swift's hair? Yeah, with this baby, I could have that on my hair. I really like her hair so this is very nice.

I saw an episode on Disney channel; Selena was wearing hoop earrings and it looks very cute. I found these for $1 so I would give it a try. This actually a very nice to a girl should have - its fun, classic and give you a causal look.

This I (Well, Jen brought it) got it from Bath&Body works; this is my 3rd bottle. I get this every year at black hole day. I love this smell. It's a mixture of sweet and candies. I just like to spray it in my room and on my bed so the smell would stick to me automatically.

An elegant earrings that would be very cute for parties and other outings.

Last is a necklace that looks antique and it's very cute. It has a super mini mirror on it.

I forgot to put the movie in. When this movie was in the theatre, I wanted to watch this but I couldn't. But now I have it so its good.

Black hold day shopping is fun. Too bad that I might not be here next year; I might go back to Thailand. So black hole day, I'm going to miss you.

A relaxing weekend

At six o’clock last weekend, I woke up finding myself wrapped tight around my blanket. The weather was a little chilly because I had my windows nearly shut at night. I touched my toes; they appear to be cold so I wiggled my toes to let blood flow to them.
It was hard to get out of the bed – it is weekend, for crying out loud. But I can’t go to sleep again once I woken up. So I dragged my feet to the kitchen; that’ where most of my siblings hang out if they wake up at this hour. Surly enough, I see Poey, our nanny/cousin. She’s been with us for half a year now. She helped my mom with work around the house and not to mention, trying to cook for the kids. I said hi to her and asked her what’s for breakfast. She said she would make soup. Well, that cheered me up a bit; I LOVE soup. Then I went to take a shower and brushed my teeth. Slowly, as I tried to take my time, I walked up to my room to make my bed: it’s what I like to do, keeping my room nice and tidy. I got a book from the shelf to catch up with my reading. I tried to read it but didn’t succeed; my mind was somewhere else.
This book belongs to my sister’s whose in America. Her name is Jemimah. She is four years older than me. Though the years apart, we were close in a weird way. By weird, I’m mean weird. We always fight but somehow it was all an act, or so it seem. Deep down inside, I know that she loves me as much as I love her. Anyways, back to the weekend story. I daze some more, thinking about things while the book was in my hand. Around 7:30, there come the invaders of peace – my siblings. Have I told you that I’m the second child in the house? Yeah, now I have, what, 7 kids to take care. Their names are Chai, Shumma, Gift, Dinah, George, David and Ford. Oh my goodness, they are so LOUD in the morning. That is when I realize that those precious, sweet, hour (and a half) of peace has ended.
One of them knocked on the door, being silly, and when I went to see who it was: they vanished. Ugh, as much as I love them, they are sooo annoying.  I just want to tackle them and hit their little heads with the book in my hand. They were singing and playing games outside of my room. Apparently, the living room was just outside my bed room so that really suck. I hummed to myself, thinking of rainbows and sunshine as I tried to ignore the shouting and singing outside.
At breakfast time, 9 o’clock for weekends, we ate as a family. I looked around, feeling thankful. We have a very big family with 8 kids (one is in America as I have said) and 4 adults (my parents, our nanny and my dad’s younger brother who remain a bachelor). It was so amazing how God would give us so many blessings. From the moment I woke up, he gave me the warm blanket to wrap myself in. He also gave me a house to live in and a family whom I love with all my heart. God is so faithful and loving. He died for our sins and gave those who believe in Him a new life. We are nothing without Him. But through Him, we are whole.
The rest of my weekend went by fast. I mostly spend my time on the internet; talking to friends, playing games and looking up pictures of Justine Bieber. As the day went by, I played with my pet, went to the market with my mom, cooked dinner and do my homework. Despite my sibling’s cheerful loudness, it was the same typical weekend, a relaxing no school days.

Maybelline Baby Lips Quenched Review

I saw this lip balm when I read through some magazine. For some reason, the name of it sounds interesting to me. Baby lips? Huh.

So I went to a store to buy it. There were couples shades that I see: quenched, peppermint, cheery me, grape vine, pink punch and peach kiss. I spend 10 mins, trying to choose between quenched and peach kiss. I decided to go with quenched because it has no color.

The lip balm was suppose to renewed lips, moisturizes lips for 8 hours and it also has SPF 20. Well, I am very excited to try this out.

-Packaging-
It comes in sort of like lipstick tube; you can twist the bottom and the lip balm comes up. It is like lipstick but nothing special about the packaging.

-Application-
The smell of it was sweet yet not so much scent to make it overwhelming like other lip balms. I could feel it hydrating my lips as promoted. The lip balm is very easy to use and it is small so I could easily put it in the pocket of my jeans.

-Pros-
  • Gives my lips a shinny healthy look
  • Long lasting hydration
  • My lips feels smooth
-Cons-
  • The lip balm seems to melt, well, not melt but a little glossy after i left it in my jeans
-Conclusion-
I really like this 'baby lips' lip balm and I would repurchase it again. It really make my lips feel smooth and not chapped. It is also a plus that it has SPF20 too.

Note: This product was based on my opinion

My makeup story

1. How old were you when you started wearing makeup? I remember playing with makeup when I was 7, mainly just for fun. Then I started to try on some make up such as clear mascara, tint lotion, tint blush and lip gloss when I was 13; that year, I got in trouble at school because we weren't allow to wear it so I stopped. Then I really learn to do a proper make up when I came to America,

2. How did you get into makeup? I like trying new looks and I also found passion with makeup.

3. What are some of your favorite brands? I like using drugstores stuff. It doesn't matter what brand it is; for me, I think make up are all the same, it becomes different when you know how to work with it.

4. What does makeup mean to you? I believe that makeup can enhance your figures if you learn to wear the makeup without letting it wear you.

5. If you could only wear 4 products on your face what would they be? I would choose concealer, sun screen, blusher and lip gloss.

6. What is your favorite thing about makeup? Make up helps me built confident in the area that I need to cover up (like when I get a pimple) and with each look, I can change into a totally different person.

7. What do you think about drugstore makeup vs high end makeup? Some drugstore make up are better than those expensive one, I must say. High end products are also good too but I just think it ridiculous to pay $$$ for make up.

8. What is one tip of advice you can give to a beginner? Don't let your make up wear you because you want people to notice you, not the make up. Just be yourself and have fun!

9. What is one makeup trend you never understood? Thick fake lashes.

10. What do you think about the beauty community on YouTube? I learn some of the make up tips from Bubzbeauty and MichellePhan. So I am a very big fan of the beauty channels on youtube. I think it is awesome that they share how to do looks; it is also another way to share happiness. One day, I would like to share my makeup tutorial on youtube.

11. Who is your style icon? I really like Selena Gomez's style of clothing. She is so chic and causal at times. I also like lookbook. There's so many styles to try out!

I would like to tag Jen, Grannie Jackie and Britta . Feel free to share these tags to your friends!! It would be so fun to read you guy's makeup story!!
